Terms & Conditions
Please be aware about the terms & conditions of KathThokra Furniture Studio. We have a few important things to remind you, those have been added bellow:
- Design
- Design can’t be changed after final approval.
- Design will be start after receiving Advance or Token payment.
- Final delivery date may be delayed due to design approval in delay.
- Manufacture
- Manufacturing will start after receiving 50% payment.
- Manufacture will start after the approval from Design.
- During manufacturing Client can’t visit Factory but he may ask for photo/video.
- Design/Fabric can’t be changed after confirmation, any new changing will cost extra.
- Payment
- Token Payment of 5000/10000 should be made for Site Visit.
- Token Payment is non-refundable if not order confirmed after Client Visit.
- Token Payment will be adjusted with total amount after order confirmation
- After Manufacture another 50% payment should be made before delivery by being present/sending someone on behalf at KathThokra within 7days of production.
- Delivery
- Delivery is Free within Dhaka City Only.
- Delivery will be made within 3 days after full payment.
- It may take up to 45days after 50% payment confirmation.
- For any change in delivery date/location, Client should inform at least 1days before delivery date.
- If the product is not taken within 90days of delivery date, KathThokra preserves the right to sell the product.
- Miscellaneous
- Free Service Warranty for 3 Years from the date of Order.
- Not valid due to Weather Effect or Poor Maintenance or Act of Nature.
- Extra Material and carrying charges applied for servicing.
